"Personnel at Tobias Kelley are responsive, however, be careful with State Farm. State Farm non-renewed our homeowners policy after a claim was made due to a burst water valve and water damage. After repairs were complete, State Farm non-renewed my home owners policy. While the rates were good initially, they continued to gradually increase rates. Be very thoughtful before selecting State Farm as your insurance provider."

"I'm giving them 2 stars due to homeowner's and car insurance. They were able to to change my car insurance from full coverage to liability. Then it all went downhill. Since October, I've been harassed constantly by someone (I won't say her name) about life insurance, every 2-3 weeks. All I wanted to change my car insurance. Although I've told her no several times (and she should have gotten the hint when I didn't sign up within a month after telling me) that I already have life insurance and don't need additional insurance. These people don't accept no for an answer. According to them, no means convince you or ask you later. They woke me up from my nap one day with this harassment, so I threw the towel in and decided to block them and switch agents. Now they know for sure, I ain't getting life insurance from them."

"Hi Nonya B, First, I'd like to apologize that you felt as if you were being harassed based on my staff member being persistent and wanting to make sure that you were properly insured. My agency takes pride in making sure that our policyholders and their families are properly protected from the unpredictability that life can present sometimes. We constantly do life insurance reviews for our customers. What we find most of the time is that even when customers have coverage, they end up either not knowing exactly what they have, or not having enough based on their current situation. My staff is also trained to be persistent with their follow-ups due to the serious nature of having proper life coverage. I would also recommend maybe sitting down for a review of your current coverage with your new agent to at least get the reassurance that you and your family are properly protected. Lastly, I really appreciate your feedback and will use it as a learning experience & also in training sessions with my team moving forward. "
