"This insurance agency has very poor customer service. I was entered into a bundle insurance policy when I only asked for car insurance and the lady talked me into getting a home insurance quote, she came back with the home insurance quote, I denied it because it was too high, then to find out 6 months later that I was entered into the bundle without my person and the bundle discount was applied and I am now being told I owe the $81 discount back. I have requested a call from the owner Tobias and his wife informed me that he doesn’t take calls and I can email whatever I need to him. This company is shady , how do you add someone into a bundle for insurance without their approval and the young lady advised me that she would have to cancel the home insurance policy that she added me to."

"I have been with State Farm since I was 16. I am now close to 60. I love State Farm. I love my agents. I stay with my agents as they help me grow and they grew too. I had few retired on me. Few because if moves and family growing. Tobias Kelley has sent me mail over the years as he grew. I am so happy to say we finally hit the right avenue at the same time. I am getting older he is very close to help with more. I pay my bills in person. I can walk on good days and pay my insurance. Feel like I did at 16. Walking more then driving. Paying my bills in person. His office is always ready to help and explain anything. I know everyone is busy now days. To be heard and understand what my insurance covers and how it works is very important. I know I am cover not half cover with oh well Or sorry Charlie small print says. I know I am paying lower price and covered Right. I have tried getting quotes from other big name and small insurance company. In order to match my FULL COVERAGE all company cut out FULL COVERAGE for only liability or not covered completely or depressed it adf to policy, to match my State Farm policies. Prices are high I got FULL COVERAGE for the price of maybe maybe not covered. I AM COVERED. THANK YOU STATE FARM and remember your are treated with care and respect. Most Doctors office could learn that for State Farm,- to listen and care for you. If I have a problem State Farm has a policy for it. I have the policy all I need is a phone call It's fixed better than calling Mom, anytime. I would like you to call make an appointment, Bring you deeds, titles, ect. Sit down you will see No lie you will feel better. See the coverage. You will never calling home for help. You can sleep knowing you got this because State Farm has it all. I don't worry. I sleep good at night. State Farm has got me. It is worth the visit. I was 16 now almost 60. I been through something. I always got the lowest deductible, and more coverage then I thought I had. I am so blessed I have Full Coverage Depression insurance is like no insurance There are 3 things I would do over in life 1 State Farm insurance 2 take care of my teeth better 3 sit ups. Advice is free . Please take time to protect what you worked so hard for. House, car, life , family, pet you can even make life insurance pay for it's self and borrow from it. One visit painless worth a life time protection. Ever pays for a lawyer in some cases. Thank you for reading."
